Job summary

Danos, LLC is seeking a Lease Operator to monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production wells on a rotational schedule. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment, while supporting Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Responsibilities include daily site monitoring, testing, calibrating equipment, and completing required paperwork with a strong emphasis on safe work practices and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Lease Operator experience required.
• Must live within a 50 mile radius of job location.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.
• Must meet background, drug test, MVR, agility and fitness requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize multiple oil/gas wells on a rotational schedule.
• Test, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
• Perform required regulatory paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct general housekeeping and field maintenance to ensure safe operations.
• Respond to alarms and ensure worker safety and environmental compliance.

Overview

As a Lease Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining oil and gas production and injection wells on a rotational schedule. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment, support Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can beexpected.
• Types of wells include flowing, beam pump (withelectronicpump-off controller), plunger lift, waterinjection,and waterdisposal.
• Types of facilities include production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT (lease automatic custody transfer) facilities, water injection plants, natural gas compression, cathodicprotectionand metering devices (electronic gas measurement and others).
• Jobis to be performed by employing safe work practices while utilizing acceptable environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs on assigned oil and gas producing properties.
• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanicalproblems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.
• Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
• Physical Requirements - Must be able to lift 40lbs., climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending, and stopping are required. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment. Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms.
