Job summary

Danos is seeking a Lease Operator to monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells. You will ensure peak efficiency of production equipment, support HSE processes, and work with both independent and collaborative teams in a dynamic field setting.

The role requires 1+ years in oil and gas, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid US driver's license. Expect fieldwork, daily site visits, and adherence to environmental and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Lease Operator experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.
• Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
• Physical Requirements - Must be able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending, and stopping are required. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment. Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms.
• Understanding of environmental and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can be expected.
• Types of wells include flowing, beam pump (with electronic pump-off controller), plunger lift, water injection, and waterdisposal.
• Types of facilities include production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT (lease automatic custody transfer) facilities, water injection plants, natural gas compression, cathodicprotectionand metering devices (electronic gas measurement and others).
• Job is to be performed by employing safe work practices whileutilizingacceptable environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs on assigned oil and gas producingproperties.
• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanicalproblems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatoryagencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.
