Job summary

Danos, LLC is seeking a Lease Operator to monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas wells in Texas. You will ensure peak efficiency of production equipment and support HSE processes while troubleshooting various production systems.

The role requires hands-on field experience, a valid driver’s license, and readiness for flexible callouts and regulatory paperwork. Physical requirements include lifting and PPE use in a field setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Lease Operator experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Must meet background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs, climb ladders, and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can be expected.
• Monitor various wells: flowing, beam pump, plunger lift, water injection, water disposal.
• Operate facilities: production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT, water injection plants, gas compression, cathodic protection, metering devices.
• Perform safe work practices following environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs.
• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems.
• Complete mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.

A successful candidate must have a deep understanding of oil and gas and be capable of troubleshooting various production systems.

Responsibilities

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can beexpected.

• Types of wells include flowing, beam pump (withelectronicpump-off controller), plunger lift, waterinjection,and waterdisposal.

• Types of facilities include production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT (lease automatic custody transfer) facilities, water injection plants, natural gas compression, cathodicprotectionand metering devices (electronic gas measurement and others).

• Jobis to beperformed byemploying safe work practices whileutilizingacceptable environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs on assigned oil and gas producingproperties.
