Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Show properties, process applications, credit checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute offsite marketing activities to drive traffic to the property.
