Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Lease Accounts Administrator to support the Senior Lease Accounts Administrator and Senior Finance & Treasury Risk Manager in managing the growing commercial lease portfolio. You will review rent invoices, reconcile CAM, taxes, insurance, and utilities, and ensure compliance with lease provisions.

The role emphasizes analytical, accounting, and communication skills, plus collaboration with landlords and internal teams to resolve issues and support ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, legal studies, or related field.
• 3+ years of related work experience with reviewing invoices and/or payment systems.
• Knowledge of reconciling ledgers, commercial lease payment provisions and basic general ledger and accounting principles.

Responsabilités

• Review rent invoices and reconciliations for CAM, taxes, insurance, and utility payments; identify and follow up on discrepancies.
• Recognize and resolve billing errors to prevent incorrect payments.
• Collaborate with landlords, team members, and other departments to resolve payment and accounting issues promptly.
• Perform limited desktop audits using lease terms and department processes.
• Monitor payment systems, assist with tracking, reporting, and special projects.
