Job summary

Compass International Holdings (CIH) is seeking a Senior Manager of Real Estate Lease Administration to oversee a nationwide portfolio of 2,000+ locations and manage an offshore lease administration team. You will ensure data accuracy, lease compliance, and consistency with CIH standards.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in lease administration, strong people management, and deep knowledge of US lease practices.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of lease administration experience for multi-market offices and retail.
• Proven people management experience.
• Deep knowledge of US lease practices and terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly rent roll preparation in line with lease provisions.
• Evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliations for the lease portfolio.
• Communicate with landlords regarding payments and charges.
• Prepare reports of findings and ensure accurate credits and charges.
• Oversee CAM reconciliations for accuracy and CIH standards.
• Support audits of corporate leases and identify recovery actions.
• Develop training procedures for operating expense reconciliation and tenant recovery.
• Ensure leases are abstracted timely and accurately against KPIs.
