Job summary

Compass is seeking a Senior Manager of Real Estate Lease Administration to oversee a national portfolio of 2,000+ locations and an offshore team. The role focuses on lease abstraction, reconciliations, rent rolls, and audits while ensuring data accuracy and adherence to Compass standards.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing large, complex portfolios and KPI-driven processes.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with United States lease practices, terms and conditions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google products, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as a team lead to manage preparation of monthly rent roll in accordance with lease provisions.
• Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements for Compass’s lease portfolio.
• Communicate with Landlords regarding lease payments and charges.
• Prepare reports of findings and ensure accurate credits and charges are recorded.
• Act as team lead overseeing the preparation of CAM reconciliations for accuracy and adherence to Compass standards.
