Job summary

Compass, a national real estate platform, seeks a Senior Manager of Real Estate Lease Administration to lead the offshore lease administration team and oversee ~2,000+ locations across our portfolio. You will ensure data accuracy, lease compliance, and KPI-driven performance across rent rolls, CAM reconciliations, and audit support.

The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years in lease administration, US lease knowledge, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in lease administration/real estate.
• Experience with United States lease practices and terms.
• Costar experience is a plus.
• Strong MS Office and Google Docs/Sheets proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in monthly rent roll preparation per lease provisions.
• Evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements.
• Communicate with landlords regarding lease payments.
• Prepare reports, credits, and charges accurately.
• Oversee CAM reconciliations for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Support audits and develop training for reconciliation processes.
• Drive timely, accurate lease abstraction aligned with KPIs.
• Mentor teammates and share expertise across functions.
