Trandon Associates, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Lease Administration Analyst to join our Real Estate team and ensure accurate lease portfolio management.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of lease terms, financial components, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while leveraging AI tools to automate routine tasks and improve quality control. You will calculate tenant billings using MRI, analyze expenses, maintain filing systems, and support audits with precision.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Commercial Real Estate experience is a must.
• 3-5 years of lease administration experience, preferably with retail properties.
• Strong knowledge of lease terms, legal language, and financial components.
• Proficiency with lease administration software such as MRI, JDE, Yardi, or similar.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
• Thrives in a collaborative, detail-oriented team environment valuing accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Calculate and prepare tenant billings for CAM, Insurance, Utilities, and Real Estate Taxes using MRI software.
• Analyze and compare current and prior year expenses, providing variance explanations.
• Maintain organized, uniform billing support files per departmental guidelines.
• Research and resolve tenant billing disputes, including CAM and Tax audits.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Leasing, Tenant Coordination, Property Management, and Legal teams to interpret lease terms and address tenant matters.
