Cable One is seeking a Lease Accountant to maintain ASC 842 lease accounting schedules and support internal/external reporting. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes, controls, and reporting requirements, ensuring accurate journal entries and reconciliations.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, analytical thinking, and knowledge of GAAP lease standards, with potential for advancement in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of one year of practical general ledger accounting experience, preferably in public or corporate accounting.
• Experience with ASC 842 lease accounting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains lease accounting schedules per ASC 842.
• Develops understanding of end-to-end lease accounting processes and controls.
• Prepares weekly/monthly/quarterly analyses and related journal entries.
