You will manage a portfolio of 650+ store leases, review rent payments and operating expenses, and collaborate with landlords and internal partners to ensure accurate lease payments and recoveries. Responsibilities include lease analysis, auditing of landlord statements, and cost-saving opportunities while complying with lease terms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate, commercial property management, lease administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and strong mathematical aptitude.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial aspects of an assigned portfolio of approximately 650+ store leases.
• Review payment schedules exceeding $6.5 million per month for assigned locations.
• Review and prepare invoices for recurring rent payments, operating expense charges, reconciliations, rent escalations, CPI increases, and lease modifications.
• Process and approve lease-related payments including rent, real estate taxes, CAM charges, insurance premiums, and other occupancy expenses.
