Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Lawson General Ledger (GL) or similar GL systems.
• Ability to write and run data queries for analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Reconciliation & Financial Accuracy: reconcile counts to the General Ledger and Retail Stock Ledger.
• Inventory Analysis & Reporting: identify discrepancies and variances for accurate records.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Support: work with stores and departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Administrative Support & Continuous Improvement: assist with projects and improve processes.
