Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Vendor Maintenance Associate for our corporate office in Chesapeake, Virginia. The role focuses on maintaining accurate vendor master data, onboarding new vendors, and supporting payment operations across the organization.

You will work with Lawson, Wells Fargo, Kyriba, RBC, and Ariba systems to ensure compliant, timely payments. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and collaboration with Accounts Payable and other departments are essential.

Qualifications

• Vendor maintenance and data accuracy experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration with vendors.
• Working knowledge of Accounts Payable processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vendor master data and banking details.
• Support vendor setup and updates in Lawson and AS400.
• Process and verify payments and related system entries.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and onboarding.
• Collaborate with AP and other departments on vendor inquiries.
