Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC, North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership and leasing group, is seeking a Lease Account Manager for the Greensboro branch. You will plan, organize, and sell our full line of leasing services to assigned customers and new prospects.

Role involves building target lists, delivering capability presentations, and coordinating with Service and Rental teams to expand our offerings. CDL required within 120 days, strong communication and sales skills essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical abilities.
• Minimum 2 years of direct sales or lease/rental sales experience.
• Broad knowledge of the company's services, products and marketing techniques.
• CDL (commercial driver's license) within 120 days of employment.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong computer skills highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Calls on prospective customers and assigned accounts within the territory.
• Meet sales quotas and monthly activity goals; maintain CRM records.
• Identify decision makers and profile trucks/equipment for opportunities.
• Conduct sales pitches, needs assessments, facility tours, and vehicle demos.
• Develop equipment specifications aligned with truck standards and criteria.
• Apply MHCTL value-added sales process to secure contracts and sales.
• Create target lists, participate in sales blitzes, pursue new business.
• Coordinate with Service and Rental to expand product penetration.
• Stay informed on products, competition, market trends and services.
• Collaborate with PacLease National Accounts on leads and closing processes.
• Meet with accounts at least quarterly; escalate issues to Branch Manager.
• Participate in training and ongoing skill development; perform other duties.
