Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC, North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group, seeks a Fleet Account Representative to serve as primary contact for assigned fleets. You will align customer needs with dealership services, coordinate truck deliveries, and manage documentation from order to delivery.

Role requires broad product knowledge, strong communication, organizational and time-management skills, and CDL.

Formación

• Broad knowledge of Company’s services, products and marketing techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Calls on assigned accounts, maintaining an open line of communication with the customer in relation to their requirements.
• Assist the Sales Manager / Branch Manager with the fleet’s truck specifications, pre-bills, change orders, and new truck paperwork.
• Coordinates new truck delivery process, trade receipt process and flow of equipment through Service and Body.
• Provides information for any parts, warranty, or service issues the fleet may have at home or on the road.
• Works to resolve the issues, using all available resources.
• Makes all company services available to the customers.
• Refers complaints and opportunities to proper department managers of the Company.
• Keeps records and makes reports on all phases of activities.
