Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing company. We are seeking a Fleet Account Representative to serve as primary contact for assigned fleets, coordinating with customers and dealership teams to meet needs.

Responsibilities include calling on accounts, assisting with truck specifications, coordinating delivery, handling parts, warranty, or service issues, and maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of Company’s services, products and marketing techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• CDL required.
• High energy level and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Calls on assigned accounts, maintaining an open line of communication with the customer in relation to their requirements.
• Assist the Sales Manager / Branch Manager with the fleet’s truck specifications, pre-bills, change orders, and new truck paperwork.
• Coordinates new truck delivery process, trade receipt process and flow of equipment through Service and Body.
• Provides information for any parts, warranty, or service issues the fleet may have at home or on the road.
• Keeps records and makes reports on all phases of activities.
