Aquent is seeking a meticulous Lease Abstractor to support financial accuracy across a global real estate portfolio. The role is full-time on a hybrid/office basis in San Jose, CA, through 10/18/2027, at up to $47.21 per hour. This W2 position offers weekly pay and benefits, including a 401k match.

You will abstract leases, verify terms, and assist in software migrations and AI initiatives to optimize lease accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity by accurately interpreting, abstracting, and entering lease documents into the system of record.
• Verify and update lease information, reflecting current terms in lease software.
• Review operating expense adjustments with sound judgment for reasonability and approvals.
• Assist in ongoing projects, including lease software migrations and AI-focused initiatives.
