Aquent is seeking a finance professional to manage lease payments and related accounting duties in Cupertino, CA. This in-office/remote-hybrid role supports essential financial processes and data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

You will review lease invoices, reconcile landlords, and provide daily finance support for the lease portfolio while collaborating with partners in finance and external landlords. Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a financial role, preferably in leasing or AP.
• Experience with ERP systems and vendor relationships.
• Proven experience with payment processing or accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and accurately process lease invoices within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Perform and meticulously review landlord reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Provide day-to-day finance support for the lease portfolio, ensuring smooth operations.
• Interact regularly with business partners in finance, accounting, and external landlords.
• Handle and interpret large data sets to support financial analysis and decision-making.
• Manage multiple conflicting priorities effectively, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a financial role, with a strong preference for candidates within this range.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proven experience dealing with landlords and third-party vendors.
• Demonstrated experience in payment processing or accounts payable.
• Strong ability to handle and interpret large data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven financial, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or commensurate experience.
