Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced Lease Abstract Administrator for a direct-hire role in San Diego, CA. This position supports residential and commercial real estate operations, lease abstraction, CAM reconciliations, payment posting, and journal entries, with a focus on accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

You will prepare lease abstracts, assist CAM reconciliations, post payments, adjust accounts, and input journal entries, contributing to timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Prepare lease abstracts and maintain accurate lease administration records.
• Support CAM reconciliations, payment posting, account adjustments, and journal entry input.
• Assist with property accounting functions for residential and commercial properties.
• Research account discrepancies and support accurate financial reporting.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative, lease administration, property accounting, or property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review lease abstracts to track key terms, billing details, and obligations.
• Complete CAM reconciliations and assist with related property accounting processes.
• Post payments, process adjustments, and maintain tenant/property records.
• Input journal entries and support month-end accounting activities.
