Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the Learning Transformation roadmap.
• Drive modernization of learning processes, systems and operating models.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify capability needs and learning priorities.
• Deliver strategic change initiatives that improve learning effectiveness and colleague experience.
• Use data and insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of transformation activities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation and digital learning solutions.
• Build strong relationships across HR, Learning, Technology and operational teams.
• Manage multiple transformation projects while balancing strategic and operational priorities.
• Champion innovation, continuous improvement and best practice across the Learning function.
