You will partner with stakeholders, apply Lean, Six Sigma and data-driven methods, deliver measurable efficiency gains, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and scalable learning delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading continuous improvement programs within complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Experience delivering process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading continuous improvement initiatives across Learning & Development.
• Identifying, designing and implementing process improvements that improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Driving the adoption of automation technologies and digital solutions.
• Using data and insights to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement activities to support change initiatives.
• Establishing governance, metrics and reporting to measure improvement outcomes.
• Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the function.
• Collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver sustainable improvements.
