National Grid is seeking a Learning Technology Specialist to optimize learning platforms and drive digital learning initiatives across the organization. This hybrid role focuses on administration, optimization and continuous improvement of our learning technologies, collaborating with Learning, HR, IT and business stakeholders.

• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technology platforms.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing system configuration, testing, upgrades and user support.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Experience supporting the implementation and adoption of digital learning solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across Learning, HR, IT and business teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience creating and maintaining system documentation, processes and user guides.
• Knowledge of learning technologies, digital learning tools and e-learning standards.
• Experience working with system integrations, reporting and vendor management.

• Manage and maintain learning technology platforms and systems.
• Provide expert support and guidance to learners, managers and stakeholders.
• Configure and test new functionality, system enhancements and integrations.
• Support the implementation of digital learning solutions and technologies.
