Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning technology consulting or implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience, or Associate's degree with 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client account teams to diagnose business challenges and define requirements.
• Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements with structured evaluation.
• Advise on learning process best practices for LMS and LXP platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow the LMS project pipeline.
• Craft proposals, solution configurations, and effort estimates for LMS/LXP engagements.
• Review and validate LMS designs, guiding complex configurations and integrations.
• Build deep expertise in at least one learning technology domain (LMS, LXP, analytics, AI-enabled learning).
• Lead large Learn Tech/LMS/LXP implementations with distributed teams.
