Accenture's Learning Technology practice helps organizations design, implement, and sustain modern learning ecosystems—spanning LMS, LXP, analytics, and AI-enabled learning to accelerate workforce reinvention.

As a Learning Technology Consultant at Manager level, you lead LMS and learning tech workstreams with rigor, develop junior talent, engage senior stakeholders, and guide large, globally distributed implementations from whiteboard to go-live.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning technology consulting or implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if Associate's Degree, minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose business challenges and translate into learning technology strategies.
• Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements through structured evaluation.
• Advise clients on learning processes best practices for LMS/LXP platforms.
• Develop and grow the LMS project pipeline with leadership.
• Craft proposals and effort estimates for LMS/LXP engagements.
• Review and validate LMS designs and integration challenges.
• Build expertise in at least one domain (LMS, LXP, analytics, AI-enabled learning).
• Lead or coordinate large Learn Tech implementations with distributed teams.
