Job summary

Accenture's Learning Technology practice seeks a seasoned consultant to lead LMS and LXP initiatives, engaging senior stakeholders and guiding large-scale implementations. You will translate client challenges into concrete roadmaps, oversee platform selections, and mentor junior staff across global teams.

You will collaborate on learning technology strategy, vendor assessments, and end-to-end deployments, traveling 25%–50% as needed to deliver outcomes for clients in diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning technology consulting or implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years) required, Associate's Degree also acceptable with 6 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client account teams to diagnose business challenges and translate them into actionable learning technology strategies.
• Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements and guide clients through evaluation and decision processes.
• Advise clients on learning process best practices for LMS and LXP platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow the LMS project pipeline.
• Craft proposals, solution configurations, and effort estimates for LMS, LXP, and related engagements.
• Review and validate LMS designs, guiding complex configuration and integration decisions.
• Build deep expertise in at least one learning technology domain (LMS, LXP, analytics, AI-enabled learning).
• Lead / coordinate large Learn Tech / LMS / LXP implementations with distributed teams.
