Job summary

You’ll collaborate across teams, contribute to proposals, and stay at the frontier of how AI transforms learning and workforce outcomes in a dynamic advisory market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning strategy or talent consulting.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience in the Insurance industry is preferred.
• Fluency with generative AI platforms and applying AI to deliverables.
• Strong project management and executive storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements with timelines and quality.
• Build relationships with client delivery counterparts as a reliable partner.
• Apply structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven analysis to insights.
• Advise on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and learning capability diagnostics.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance and tech.
• Define measurement frameworks, KPIs, and analytics for ROI.
• Deliver executive-ready presentations and frameworks.
• Track AI trends and contribute to Accenture’s IP and market capabilities.
• Support business development through proposals and thought leadership.
