Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Global Learning & Development Learning Innovation Lead to scout, evaluate, and pilot emerging learning technologies including AI, automation, simulations, and apps.

This role partners with GL&D, HR Product, Technology, and the AI Center of Excellence to drive measurable business impact and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in L&D or related fields, strong change management and project skills, and experience translating tech capabilities into business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Eight or more years of learning and development, HR, business, or managerial experience
• Ability to design experiments, define success criteria, and make evidence-based recommendations to scale, iterate, or stop

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging learning technologies to validate business value and scalability
• Coordinate risk, security, data privacy, accessibility, and compliance reviews
• Partner with Procurement on new vendor relationships, licensing, and contracting for approved technologies
• Serve as trusted advisor to GL&D leaders on emerging tech opportunities and practical application
• Develop adoption and change plans, including enablement and hand-off of new tech to BAU processes
• Provide regular updates on the innovation pipeline, pilot outcomes, and scaled results
