Job summary

IFF is seeking a Learning and Talent Management Technologies Lead to advance the global talent technology ecosystem. You will oversee Workday LMS, performance management, analytics, and AI-enabled learning solutions to drive scalable employee development.

The role emphasizes governance, data-driven insights, and a collaborative global admin community within a matrixed organization. Strong experience with LMS, Workday, and analytics is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, L&D, or related field.
• Eight+ years in HR tech, LMS/LXP, or performance platforms; Workday LMS preferred.
• Experience administering and improving enterprise LMS and performance systems.
• Experience supporting LMS and Workday releases, including testing and deployment coordination.
• Experience designing learning evaluation strategies, measurement frameworks, surveys, analytics, and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration and optimization of Workday LMS, Performance/Talent Management, and related learning technologies.
• Lead features and system release management, including impact assessments, testing, deployment readiness, and communications.
• Oversee support intake, prioritization, SLAs, and escalations for learning and performance, identifying opportunities to improve and automate processes.
• Define and maintain LMS governance standards, taxonomy, metadata, and content structures to strengthen consistency, discoverability, and reporting integrity.
• Manage technology integrations, platform modernization initiatives, and the advancement of emerging AI enabled learning solutions.
• Manage the configuration and technical execution of the performance management lifecycle in Workday, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and calibration processes.
• Leverage learning and performance data to enable skills-based talent practices by integrating competency frameworks, career architectures, LXP capabilities, and emerging AI-powered technologies.
• Lead dashboards, reporting, insights, and evaluation strategies that demonstrate program effectiveness, capability growth, behavior change, and business impact.
• Create learning evaluation frameworks and assessment tools that validate program effectiveness, measure capability growth, behavior change, and business impact
• Lead, coach, and support LMS administrators while building a global, matrixed administrator community with clear roles, standards, training, tools, and ongoing support.
