Job summary

IFF is seeking a seasoned Head of Learning and Talent Management Technologies to shape and advance our learning technology ecosystem. You will translate Growth & Development strategy into scalable, data-informed operations, delivering a seamless, user-centered experience across learning, performance management, and skills development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Learning & Development, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
8+ years of experience in HR technology, LMS/LXP, or performance management platforms, with Workday preferred.
Proven ability to administer and improve enterprise LMS platforms and performance management systems.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of Workday Learning, Performance/Talent Management, and related learning technologies.
Ensure platforms are stable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise talent, learning, and skills strategies.
Lead LMS and performance module release management, including impact assessment and deployment readiness.
Develop governance frameworks, SOPs, and reporting integrity across systems.
Define LMS governance standards, taxonomy, metadata, and content structures for consistency.
