Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) is seeking an experienced Learning and Talent Management Technologies Lead to govern and optimize our global LMS and performance platforms. You will oversee Workday LMS administration, governance, and system improvements to deliver scalable employee development experiences.

The role requires leading release management, integrations, and AI-enabled learning initiatives, backed by strong analytics and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Learning & Development, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years experience in HR tech, LMS/LXP, or performance platforms; Workday LMS preferred.
• Proven ability to administer, optimize, and improve enterprise LMS and performance systems.
• Experience with LMS/Workday releases, testing, deployment coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytics, reporting, and data visualization skills including Power BI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration and optimization of Workday LMS, Performance/Talent Management, and related learning technologies.
• Lead features and system release management, including impact assessments, testing, deployment readiness, and communications.
• Oversee support intake, prioritization, SLAs, and escalations for learning and performance, identifying opportunities to improve and automate processes.
• Define and maintain LMS governance standards, taxonomy, metadata, and content structures to strengthen consistency, discoverability, and reporting integrity.
• Manage technology integrations, platform modernization initiatives, and the advancement of emerging AI-enabled learning solutions.
• Manage the configuration and execution of the performance management lifecycle in Workday, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and calibration processes.
• Leverage data to enable skills-based talent practices by integrating competency frameworks and career architectures.
• Lead dashboards, reporting, insights, and evaluation strategies to demonstrate program impact and business value.
• Coach and develop LMS administrators within a global, matrixed support network.
