Qualifications

• 1–2 years in learning operations, admin, or coordination.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint; SCORM & Articulate basics.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and coordinate cross-functionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication; service-minded.
• Experience with intake design, knowledge bases, and measurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Sandisk Learning Portal and tools; system administration.
• Configure Udemy and third-party platforms with learning paths.
• Develop content support with Articulate; light video edits.
• Manage SharePoint site configuration and organization.
• Process ServiceNow requests; triage and route as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requests into plans.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and learning metrics.
• Maintain intake repository and knowledge base.
