Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking a Learning Specialist for our ABA Center in Wildomar, CA. This full-time, permanent Training role involves presenting training materials both virtually and in person and coordinating credential management for staff.

The role requires knowledge of adult learning, a current RBT certification, and at least one year of RBT experience. A High School Diploma is minimum, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adult Learning and training delivery.
• HIPAA regulations knowledge required.
• Experience in training positions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present training materials virtually and in person.
• Troubleshoot training issues with Regional Learning Coordinator/Director.
• Coordinate specialized training and credential management.
• Coordinate shadow sessions.
• Keep training curriculum up to date.
• Ensure trainees complete required courses by due date.
• Follow up after training to ensure satisfaction with program.
• Be point of contact for technology or system issues.
• Organize and maintain training records.
• Report to Regional Learning Supervisors.
