Job summary

Behavioral Innovations – Keller Treatment Center is seeking a Clinical Trainer/Lead RBT to train BTs and RBTs under BCBA supervision, ensuring BACB standards and progress milestones across the therapy team.

The role requires 1+ year ABA experience, leadership experience, RBT certification (RBT IV+ preferred), and a HS diploma; a bachelor’s is preferred. Strong organization and communication are essential to support child outcomes and team efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of ABA early intervention experience.
• Leadership experience supervising staff.
• Current RBT certification; RBT IV+ preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train clinical staff under BCBA oversight.
• Coordinate with BCBAs to meet training milestones.
• Ensure therapy teams operate effectively and child progress.
• Guarantee BACB standards training for BTs and RBTs.
• Complete training milestones as specified.
