• Experience delivering training and coaching associates.

Responsibilities

• Research trends in topic area and synthesize findings to support learning objectives.
• Remain current on industry trends and developments.
• Design and deliver learning items aligned with adult learning principles.
• Write measurable learning objectives and select appropriate instructional methods.
• Facilitate experiential learning activities and provide ongoing feedback.
• Build learning points across modules and reinforce objectives.
