Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Learning & Development, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Learning & Development, or related field.
• Strong consultation and communication skills with stakeholders and influence learning strategies with thoughtful recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Learning Solutions Manager to assess performance gaps and define business needs for learning solutions.
• Design instructional content aligned to adult learning principles, performance outcomes, and role-based competencies.
• Develop engaging learning experiences using eLearning and blended formats (Articulate Storyline, Rise, PowerPoint).
• Create high-quality learning assets including participant guides, facilitator guides, knowledge checks, job aids, and assessments.
• Apply brand, formatting, and accessibility standards with QA across deliverables.
• Use AI-supported tools to streamline development and boost engagement.
• Research emerging instructional technologies to drive improvement and innovation.
