Job summary

Riggs CAT is seeking a Learning Solutions Creator who blends instructional design, creativity, technology, and business acumen to develop learning experiences that deliver measurable results. This is not a traditional training role.

You’ll partner with leaders across RiggsCat, Caterpillar, and external stakeholders to identify performance gaps, design innovative solutions, and create engaging learning experiences that help employees learn faster, perform better, and grow their careers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years of experience in learning design or instructional design.
• Ability to translate complex topics into practical learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging eLearning, simulations, videos, virtual instructor-led programs, classroom experiences, assessments, job aids, performance support tools, and blended learning solutions.
• Create consumer-grade learning experiences that employees actively want to engage with.
• Transform complex technical and business topics into clear, practical learning experiences.
• Apply modern development tools, AI-powered technologies, multimedia techniques, and emerging learning platforms to create exceptional learning products.
• Rapidly prototype, test, refine, and improve learning solutions using agile development methodologies.
• Leverage data, feedback, and learner insights to continuously improve learning effectiveness and engagement.
