Job summary

The Learning Solutions Designer at American Homes 4 Rent, LP creates high-quality, performance-driven learning materials across eLearning, ILT, and microlearning formats. You will design scripts, storyboards, videos, and assets that align with brand standards and accessibility, partnering with SMEs and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, polished learning solutions.

You will refresh content to reflect process or system changes, ensure governance compliance, and apply inclusive design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in instructional design.
• 3+ years of hands-on instructional design in a corporate setting.
• 2–3 years designing across modalities (eLearning, ILT, microlearning, blended).
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Canva, Adobe CC, Microsoft 365; LMS basics (SCORM/xAPI).

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops learning content across multiple modalities.
• Produces scripts, storyboards, and assets aligned with templates, brand, accessibility, and governance standards.
• Builds interactive modules, videos, graphics, and supporting materials using authoring tools.
• Collaborates with SMEs and stakeholders to capture requirements and refine solutions.
• Updates and refreshes existing content to reflect process or system changes.
