Job summary

Skillsoft is seeking a Professional Services Learning Consultant to lead a portfolio of standard and custom projects for multiple clients. You will draft and manage project plans, ensure delivery within scope and quality, and facilitate live sessions and workshops.

You will advise customers on best practices, measure results, and build blended learning programs while maintaining strong relationships with both external stakeholders and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in learning and development.
• Proven experience delivering learning engagements across multiple customers.
• Strong facilitation and ROI measurement capabilities.
• Experience with Percipio and other Skillsoft products is a plus.
• Ability to manage projects within scope, time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of service engagements for Skillsoft clients.
• Develop and modify project plans to ensure scope and quality.
• Facilitate live sessions and develop workshops.
• Drive and execute learning strategies for customer initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer value.
• Track progress and reporting, and communicate status weekly.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
• Stay updated on Percipio and product updates.
