Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience.
• Experience: 4+ years.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: Master's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to perform performance analyses and identify training gaps.
• Lead instructional design projects from assessment through evaluation.
• Coordinate vendor selection and logistics for training classes.
• Mentor entry and intermediate level team members.
• Develop and facilitate learning programs including new hire orientation and corporate culture initiatives.
