Southwest Power Pool (SPP) is seeking a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training solutions that improve employee performance and organizational capability. The role focuses on curriculum design, delivery facilitation, and learning documentation across the business.
The position supports a hybrid work environment with opportunities to impact across multiple teams, leveraging SME partnerships and data-driven evaluation to drive measurable outcomes.

Training Specialist Salary range: $64,060 – $78,465
The Training Specialist creates meaningful learning experiences that improve employee performance, strengthen organizational capability, and support strategic goals. This role focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating training solutions that lead to measurable outcomes across the business. The training specialist will specialize in at least one of the following areas- Delivery and Facilitation Curriculum Design and Support Learning Documentation and Records
