You will manage resources, use the Library Management System, and provide a wide range of services with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computerised library database.
• Understanding of library cataloguing and classification systems.
• Good level of IT skill and customer service approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support in the Learning Resource Centre.
• Promote the LRC to staff and students.
• Arrange resources and operate the Library Management System to support curriculum needs.
• Deliver customer-focused services within the LRC.
