Job summary

Protocase is seeking a Training Facilitator in Wilmington, NC to organize and drive learning across the company. You will coordinate programs, lead instructional delivery, and maintain training records to ensure measurable growth in employee knowledge and performance.

You’ll partner with teams to assess needs, develop materials, and continuously improve training content using evolving tools, including AI-based applications. In-office, full-time with a focus on meaningful learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in training coordination, instructional delivery, administration, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training programs across departments.
• Lead ongoing training efforts and monitor employee knowledge levels.
• Prepare and organize training materials and resources.
• Maintain accurate training records and systems.
