Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or Facilitator in a corporate environment.
• Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Hands-on experience with LMS administration and web-based training tools.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Creative, resourceful, and proactive mindset – ready to innovate and inspire.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Rippling, Ramp, and analytics/reporting tools.
• Commitment to employee success, growth, and development.
• 5+ years of corporate training coordination or L&D experience.
• Experience administering an LMS.

Responsibilities

• Design & Deliver onboarding, compliance, professional development, and new business systems training.
• LMS Leadership: curate courses, enroll users, generate reports, and troubleshoot.
• Provide clear training completion reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify learning needs and tailor solutions for new system rollouts.
• Develop engaging materials and guides using generative AI for text, video, and audio.
• Organize training sessions—virtual or in-person—for accessibility and engagement.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and adapt content for impact.
• Promote available training and guide employees through their learning journey.
• Conduct company-wide needs assessments to pinpoint skill gaps.
• Partner with internal experts to craft relevant courses and up-to-date curricula.
• Maintain training records, track progress, and use AI analytics for insights.
• Host Train-the-Trainer sessions to multiply learning impact.
• Modernize legacy materials into AI-powered digital formats.
