Job summary

Protocase is seeking a Training Facilitator in Wilmington, NC to organize and drive learning across the company. You will coordinate programs, lead instructional delivery, and maintain training records to ensure measurable growth in employee knowledge and performance.

You’ll partner with teams to assess needs, develop materials, and continuously improve training content using evolving tools, including AI-based applications. In-office, full-time with a focus on meaningful learning outcomes.

About You

Experience

Experience in training coordination, instructional delivery, administration, or a related role.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to coordinate across teams and priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectivelyHigh attention to detail—nothing slips through the cracks
• Experience with Microsoft Office and data tracking
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an asset
• Comfort level in learning to use a rapidly evolving set of tools for training including AI-based applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

Besides a total compensation package ranging between $52,136 – $60,237 USD per annum (based on experience, including performance incentives), we offer the following benefits:
