Protocase Inc. in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Training Facilitator to support training across Protocase and 45Drives. The role is in-office with a 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift, full-time, eligible to work in the United States.

You will organize training programs, lead ongoing efforts, prepare materials, maintain records, collaborate with teams, and help improve training content and outcomes. The position offers meaningful work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in training coordination or instructional delivery.
• Experience in administration or related role.
• Empathy and patience with learners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training programs across departments.
