Job summary

Culligan North American Dealer Network is seeking a Learning Coordinator to plan, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that accelerate talent development. The role collaborates with L&D team to create engaging materials and ensure smooth execution of workshops, courses, and online learning experiences.

You will manage classroom logistics, LMS operations, track participation, analyze feedback, and report on learning metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Talent Development, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
• Two to four years of working experience in training and development.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; LMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and delivery of Dealer Network training programs.
• Support the development of learning materials with SMEs, designers, and facilitators.
• Manage LMS by uploading content, tracking participation, and maintaining records.
• Monitor enrollment and completion to ensure compliance with learning requirements.
• Collect and analyze learner feedback to improve content and delivery.
• Communicate training updates and instructions across the North American Dealer Network.
• Prepare reports and dashboards that summarize learning metrics for data-driven decisions.
• Ensure training materials align with policies, standards, and branding.
