Job summary

LUV Car Wash is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to design, build, and manage programs that develop our people at every stage of their career. You will translate organizational needs into structured, measurable learning experiences, and execute effective methods to educate, uplift performance, and develop leaders.

This role requires hands‑on instructional design, content creation (facilitator guides, e‑learning modules, job aids), and LMS administration across a growing multi-site

Qualifications

• Design and develop instructional content across modalities (SCORM/e-learning).
• Build manager training programs and learner lifecycle roadmaps.
• Own LMS administration, reporting, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Apply adult learning principles (ADDIE/SAM) to design and maintain training programs.
• Create facilitator guides, workbooks, job aids, reference cards, and video scripts.
• Collaborate with SMEs across Operations, HR, and Field Leadership to translate tech content for learners.
