Job summary

Medline Industries, LP, is seeking a Senior Training Coordinator (Project Management) to provide end-to-end administrative and tactical support for L&D operations, coordinating training logistics, managing LMS enrollments, and producing learning materials.

The role includes scheduling classes, preparing participant workbooks, tracking compliance, managing budgets and invoices, and partnering with vendors to deliver effective training programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' administrative or support experience in Learning & Development.
• Experience with LMS administration and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain course information and training registrations.
• Coordinate training logistics: schedule classes, reserve rooms, and organize materials.
• Manage enrollments, attendance, and completion in the LMS.
• Process vendor invoices and track training-related spend.
• Generate training reports and analyze budgets and expenditures.
