Responsibilities

• Administers learning programs by maintaining course schedules and registrations in the LMS.
• Keeps LMS and website content accurate and accessible to learners.
• Coordinates setup and logistics for recurring town halls and workshops.
• Supports enrollment management, communications, and issue resolution for learners.
• Generates and analyzes learning metrics to support continuous improvement.
