Job summary

Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to support the Business Education Team's learning programs. You will coordinate learning operations, maintain LMS content, manage logistics for workshops and town halls, and provide exceptional learner support across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and supporting learning programs within Workday Learning.
• Advanced Excel skills including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, and Pivot tables for reporting.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data, generating reports, and identifying trends.
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis.
• Background in learning and development operations or learning administration.
• Ability to manage administrative tasks in a learning environment while maintaining data integrity.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains course schedules, registrations, content, and information in the LMS.
• Ensures LMS content is accurate and accessible to learners.
• Manages team files, calendars, and learner communications.
• Coordinates setup, scheduling, and logistics of learning events.
• Supports learner participation through enrollment management and communications.
• Generates and distributes learning metrics and reports to inform decisions.
